Even ignoring that step 1 is that somehow right wing media propaganda will magically turn everyone conservative, I'm confused about the rest.
What is the "official record" in step 3 and what does the House have to do with it? The counting of electoral votes is done in the Senate and the VP is the one who confirms the results in a completely ceremonial role. If there was any "official record" wouldn't it be in the Senate?
Step 7 calls for the House to impeach, charge and remove them. They have to be charged before they can be impeached, but even if they're impeached they won't necessarily be removed, as we saw with Trump, since the Senate is the body that votes to convict.

But yeah there's no "official record" of the election in congress, they just count the votes that each state sent them so any audit of congress' role would just be like "yep congress said Wisconsin's votes were for Biden and here's the paper from Wisconsin saying the same thing."

See what Lindsay Graham, Romney, Murkowski and the Dems have in mind and just quietly accept it all until next time. Maybe an emotional call to a talk show host or a forum post. Well, it is wishful thinking and yes, I'd love to see President Trump back in the driver's seat. Sad to say that you are right. I know two wrongs don't always make it right, but the Democrats have broken our Constitution, the social contract as you say, and for this to happen, we might have to do the same. It's like the logic of the Vietnam War, we need to burn the village to save it but I think we are coming down to that. I admit, I'd give my last $10 to see President Trump come in on top of an M-60 tank to save us all. I seriously doubt it would happen but for sake of argument if it does.....
If I may, we would not need a new convention, perhaps like what President Lincoln started and Presidents Johnson, Grant and Hayes did later is have some sort of Reconstruction to the point to where we suspend as few parts as we can of the Constitution for a fixed amount of time so we can fix at least the elections part of it.
First off, I think FDR really caused us to screw the pooch by moving the inaguration to January 20th, it should have stayed March 4th. If it had, then maybe we would have more time to figure out the BS and the fraud, I don't know. Also I think we need to have some sort of mechanism where I call it the "South Park Shenanigans Rule" where if someone declares shenanigans, there is a suspension of the results and there MUST BE (not even the Supremes can say no) recount and investigation. Any party can declare shenanigans up to three times, after that, if it fails, it fails but at least it shows we gave it a try.
I think here, this is where the Constitution failed us, there is no mechanism for something like this. Maybe the Founding Fathers always thought the election process would be moral, ethical and fair. Then again, maybe the fault isn't really the Constitution but ourselves in general but because of the latter, I do think we need to fix or amend it for situations like this.
