They are not exaggerating the difficulty of the combos and movement going on. KH2 is this casual-friendly game with a surprisingly complex and precise combat system that you can totally ignore, right up until you start playing on harder difficulties, at which point it becomes essentially a completely different game.

I've been playing KH2 basically since release and I still suck at the short-hop air combos

wouldn't be a gdq thread without someone complaining about the last game being a jrpg. hint: it's always a jrpg, or an otherwise long run. they do that for a reason. and like, i don't like kingdom hearts, so i'm not watching. it's not difficult to just turn the stream off and do other things if the run doesn't interest you.
