Put the entire US on a diet and there would be more than enough food for the world.

The vast majority of the world’s population is in fact not American, this might shock you.

I can’t do anything about what someone else cooks with or uses, but I can refuse to use The Bad Thing myself. Hotel Chocolat is full of palm oil btw. They say they don’t use it by my allergy calls bullshit, it’s all palm oil with a bit of chocolate in it.

It depends, Sainsbury’s tend to be really consistent with dropping meat right down, Morrison’s will reduce 10p one day and then to next to nothing if they have a whole load of stuff to get rid off. Blocks of cheese for 20p, sausages for 60p and eggs for 11p. Cheese freezes really well so I have a cheese section in the freezer. Northumberland cheese company also have big reduced boxes for next to nothing on occasion as well so check them out.
