I've been re-watching the Kenny/Hangman segment from last week occasionally and the biggest standout to me is that the crowd got so loving loud when he was in position for the Buckshot Lariat. It ruled.

I re-watched road rager and noticed a couple things. One I noticed they took off that catchphrase stinger on mjf's entrance theme and it's so much better without it. The other thing was how well the commentary team was working. they were really in sync and helping each other out a lot and just flowed really nicely. one of their better nights for sure. I think being back on the road really energized them more. And yea that omega hangman segment was electric. unreal pops and reactions from the crowd. thassa hot feud. also there is a lot to unpack in that taz pic

That's nearly a year and a half callback.

Part of me kind of wants them to keep doing Fyter Fest so that in like 15 years when they're building to Fyter Fest 2036, people will be having to explain to younger fans that it's based on an internet meme scam music festival from 2017 where some rich people were left on an island with nothing but bologna sandwiches and piss-soaked tents or whatever.

I watched that MLW match with Pillman and I thought it was fine? Pillman always has some sequences where he no-sells some strikes but I consider it a personality trait of his dumbass persona in the ring, since in the end he sells like hell when he needs to and does the job. There was some weirdness in the beginning where he didn't come in right away when his entrance music was playing, and the announcers were covering for it, citing 'psychological games' and the match before him being a 30 second squash so he wasn't ready to come out.
