Hell yeah, love the view. I feel like that's the kind of lake I'd enjoy learning how to fish for trout in.

Very random. Almost as random as Amazon sending me this instead of the drink thermos I ordered, in fact.

Bit of a road trip with uncles and cousins to see old family graves and places. The old family houses were boring so here's just the churchy bits and a bit of sea.

I don't disagree, although as much as I love puzzles, I was sort of more excited when I thought it was a box of actual random Lego heads :v:

Yep, Boston. 75 State Street to be exact. But most definitely in Boston.

Adding a photo to keep this from being a block of text. This big toad was sitting next to my car when I left the gym. This was not in Boston.

Your chickens are laying weird-rear end eggs.

Speaking of weird-rear end, I go on walks around my office a lot and there's a lot of ghost pipe flowers in the woods around here:

Often mistaken for fungi, but they're flowers but produce no chlorophyll. They are in a weird relationship with nearby trees, who's energy they get via an intermediate fungus.

quote:

How does this plant survive without the green pigment chlorophyll? Chlorophyll is responsible for harnessing the sun’s energy to produce carbohydrates, a process known as photosynthesis. Ghost pipe saps nutrients and carbohydrates from tree roots through an intermediate source, myccorhizal fungi in the genera Russula and Lactarius.

Our cucmber plant has absolutely taken over our entire garden and fence. We had to take actions to keep it from growing up into a tree in the neighbor's yard.

We had someone show up to unload a container from our place once, normal enough we do it every day.

It wasn't on a chassis though and was instead strapped to a flat bed truck. It was too short to use the dock and a full container so we couldn't unload it. It was a whole fuckin thing
