I haven't had an impossible bigmac, but I worked at a (slightly) fancier burger joint that had impossible burgers and beef burgers and while the impossible burger tasted a little different, in a blind taste test I couldn't tell you which was which. Like the the same toppings on a burger at the same place, but swapping beef or impossible will taste less different than ordering a beef burger with the same toppings at two different restaurants.

I haven't had the impossible burger but I quite like the Beyond Burgers. Texture and taste wise they're pretty close to my senses, but I think I could tell them by smell. The BB has a slight undertone of something that distinguishes it from real meat, but for what it's worth I also prefer the smell of them to real meat

We convinced my carnivore dad-in-law to try a chunk of cooked Impossible, and he was pleasantly surprised at how similar it was to real hamburger. His words were "I'm not convinced to make the switch, but I would not be upset if someone served me this!" He's not anti-vegan options themselves (he's left-wing and has never indicated any 'ITLL TURN ME GAY!!!' thinking), but he's always refused to try any fake meat because "I eat the real stuff and like it, so why would I eat the fake stuff?" I highly recommend trying it it, especially if you have folks nagging you to cut down on your burger consumption like I do.
