FF9 was definitely my childhood favorite, the game is dripping in charm. I didn't get a PS2 until much later and never picked up FFX despite the hype.

Yeah, out of all Hololive EN members, Ina is probably the best fit for Soma and for actually having a discussion about themes of the games. Ironically, she is in the first section and is actually REALLY scared by the game so far.

It sold amazingly well at launch though, it's just the fan culture in the US had more people deifying the angry anime sword boys and over time way more people bought some version of 7/8. IX is a loving treat, like the goal was to take the design ethos of the SNES era and make a massive 3D rpg. It does have absolute naked contempt for the player's time though.

Gura's playthrough was great and Ina's providing a different viewpoint as well. The Pokemon MOBA is so pay to win that streamers are dropping hundreds of dollars just to solo pub stomp for content, and it probably doesn't hurt that most players are just kids. Critikal showcased a 50-3 kill game where he was 49 kills and the other team's 3 kills happened in the first minute or two.
