Wow a summer camp sounds like one of the worse places a vampire could work?? I guess the sun doesn't literally melt vampires in this world. Also props to Youth Culture for going the extra mile with a "V8" popsicle.

And we know from the first flashback he's all about taking things on himself ever since he as teen.... but also I think he does care for the kids in the modern day, they're just tweens and his array of bad dad jokes don't land on tweens. Then all the stuff with Forge happened and he just retreats inwardly.

It hasn't been confirmed yet, and at this point, there've been so many blatant hints that it's probably a red herring. Him being exactly what he looks and acts like would kind of just repeat the joke with Davy, and I think Zack's a better writer than that. So I think either he's not a werewolf and there's something else going on, or he is a werewolf, but there's something weird about the situation.
