I think some of the friendly fire pilots were also on modafinil almost 20 years ago, not sure if they changed policy on it from that incident.

Some group FOIA'd the Secret Service payment sheets and they have been paying $13,700 per month for rooms at Mar-a-Lago as part of the ex-President security detail.
