The file is called ‘RG in 100min.mp4’ according to SteamDB, might be an abridged story overview, which I guess makes a certain amount of sense if this is made by a truther. The game does not have many reviews but some players have up to 60 hours logged. I went to the Lawn Mower Steam page and the devs were broadcasting themselves playing while talking about the backstory and they changed my mind about that game, those dudes own. They were talking about grass physics and almost crying thanking their QA testers, they were as passionate about their game as any dev of a way more well-known indie hit.

I can definitely see how a game that simulates an experience that a lot of people associate with youthful, carefree summer nostalgia (or aspirational homeowner dreams), but that lacks the labor/time/money commitment of real-world lawn care, would find an audience. Mowing the lawn can be a meditative experience, and being able to do it indoors and stop after five minutes if I'm not feeling it would only help.

simulators as a trendy genre is something that just seems to happen occasionally in games. I remember looking though a games list for some old PC system and there were like ten different lawn mower simulator games and other titles. one would be the same title but ADVANCED added to it etc. the technology is probably there now again to do some pretty decent ones and they are often chill in comparison to your average shootmans or whatnot so I can understand the appeal.
