That Week 1 game last year was hilarious. Jamie Collins explaining to the ref how he got headbutted by way of headbutting the ref himself and getting tossed, and then D'Andre Swift dropping a for-sure game winning TD. It was like the football gods looking down and saying no, you will not even get one week of thinking this team is even below average.

As a backup, he's definitely better than the likes of Matt Barkley. I hope he cashes those checks for a nice long time.

That's the thing the Lions were a hard man team. Mitch loving torched Man defense, whenever he played it. Any defense that could play even a basic Zone would completely shut his ability to pass down.
