Essential Oils, homeopathy, etc. It's all there. There's even a brand of tacitly supported mormon literature about this sort of stuff and how Joseph Smith used it. Mormons are wildly skeptical of modern medicine that doesn't involve plastic surgery (which they have the highest per capita use of in the country) and pain pills. I don't know what modern adoption of vaccines is at BYU and BYU-I for instance, but I've heard more skeptical professors describe it as a flat-out crisis and not just for COVID. BYU-I for instance has contingency planning for measles outbreaks on campus because of how much damage they might do.
