I go back and forth on what I think about this kind of stuff. But in the Chargers case I'm like, don't even let your stars practice. Just get em in the weight room and get their conditioning right and keep them on their feet. That's not actually practical in any way of course but still the feeling I get.

These things are usually free and may be the closest thing a lot of those kids get to see to a live NFL game.
