In Iraq, they rushed to protect the oil fields, and department of oil to protect the records of oil. They ignored the hospitals, the museums, everything else as it couldn't be used for a quick buck or stock point increase. You don't allow mass looting to happen in the first few days of any invasion, you tell people to stay the gently caress indoors.
