It's a modification of one of the recipes here: https://puppycake.com/blog/4-Best-Dog-Ice-Cream-Recipes Peanut Butter Chip Goats Milk “Ice Cream” 16 oz goats milk, whole if possible 3 tablespoons prepared powdered defatted peanut butter Up to 1 tbsp of honey--use pasteurized for safety 4 oz. unsweetened applesauce Pour everything in the ice cream freezer chamber (if using machine or manual cold churn) and process for 20 minutes. If using a tray, pour into a freezer-proof container or ice cream tray. Use a container with tall enough sides to allow for crystal formation/expansion, and freeze for 20 minutes. Check for firmness, press down to remove some air and freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. |
