Guess I didn't watch him that closely, but when Rosen was with Arizona I remember thinking he was just kind of regular, Mike Glennon/Zach Mettenberger level bad, not all-time historically bad.

He was basically neck and neck with rookie Josh Allen in a bunch of raw stats.... but an absolutely godawful 5.8 YPA on top of all that combined with 45 sacks to 28 for Allen. From watching a bunch of highlights, he just seemed to consistently throw late and slow.
