i ended up getting the shot after a great deal of trepidation simply because it was clear that you have a much better time catching any flavor of The Virus if you have the vaccination. if we're at the point they're faking those numbers then I guess I'm hosed. A few days after I got my second shot my work announced their new policy that only fully vaccinated individuals have access to the site. In other words anti vaccers get to continue to work from home indefinitely while the rest of us are Strongly Encouraged to come into the office. im debating on just not updating my attestation.

Like imagine if a medical/technical intervention was used to segment the world into the real people and the lessers who have a reduced right to life. Like imagine it gets to the point that even the “pro universal healthcare” party has elements advocating for the denial of healthcare or other basic services for those who refuse the medical/technical intervention. Or imagine a world where secret AIs have pre-determined you to be a criminal. So the cops treat you like one until they either “prove” the AI was correct. Or you get murdered for constantly talking to the cops, or your life gets ruined as you’re flagged as socially risky.
