Generally those things just plug straight on top of the existing outlet, the central hole is so you can secure it on top of the faceplate. It should be fine if it's going ever a GFCI, it would just make resetting the outlet a pain in the rear end.

Have you heard about First Dog? It's a very good comic I just love.

Also, wear your bike helmets kids. I copped several blows to the head but my helmet left me totally unscathed.

Finally you should check out First Dog as it's a good comic I like it very much.

Once long ago I was walking through the Daintree and I met a cassowary. My first thought was "holy crap they're big." My second was "That's a loving velociraptor, it moves the same as they did in Jurassic Park".

They are brightly colored.

This looks like it's one of the rivers in Singapore, so this would be brackish water, probably tidal. They only put in a digger on a barge if there's some work going on, so I'm guessing sediment from some work upstream? Clay, concrete, take your pick. It's unusually white for Singapore clay but they could have trucked it in from somewhere else.

eg, look at this river: https://goo.gl/maps/SMJtapYNVtf8JQEX9

Heck, we stayed at an AirBnB last weekend where the stairs were “custom built” to be a slightly non standard size and it was rough taking them sober.

(Also getting rid of the riser makes it easier to climb stairs with short treads but doesn’t help at all when you are going down.)
