How? In America it's very hard to sue over someone saying poo poo about you. You could accuse me of necrophilia and child abuse and it might get you banned, but I probably couldn't sue you over it.

Also, how much money is Chick-fil-A or Tyson gonna make off a random person on tik tok? There's a legal thing called "judgement proof" in tort law that just means lawyers won't take up a suit because the defendent can't pay anything, so the lawyers don't get paid.
