If it's red, they lock the front gate, because COVID doesn't know about the super secret, well marked gate that the shipments arrive in. Some people get to work from home every other day, and masks in the hallways are ~strongly~ enforced (Ron Howardishly: They aren't) This continues until the CDC changes the county color to orange again.
