Jumping straight to Alternative gives me some pause. Unlimited would probably be fine but having to establish both the isekai and the timeloop stakes through flashbacks or whatever could be too much

But don't force yourself if you arent feeling them at the moment. As for good stuff from this year, you should definitely check out Odd Taxi. I also liked Vivy, Flourite Eye's Song quite a bit. And if skateboarding interests you, you might enjoy sk8 the infinity.

So thanks to a Wikipedia dive that started because I had cup ramen for lunch, ended up starting a binge of Shinya Shokudou(probably best known as the source material for the Netflix show Midnight Diner) and it's so good, drat shame it doesn't have an official release and it stopped getting fan translated years ago so only a relatively small portion of it is available in English Guess I should ask for some recommendations of more of this sort of Manga or Anime as between it, Oishinbo*, Isekei Izakaya, and Dungeon Meishi I get a lot of enjoyment out of these relatively mellow food oriented series *another one that unfortunately only has a small portion available in English(really need to get the rest of the volumes that Viz put out

I'm so loving dumb, I was thinking that I wish there was a simple boring third-person open world game (I say open world but I mean like Zelda and Yakuza are open) that I could play to get into Fate because I'd probably enjoy it. Since Dynasty Warriors probably isn't a good way to tell a story. But then I remembered Hyrule Warriors was fine and the problem with Gundam and Orochi was that I know barely anything about that franchise or history.
