Partner played some vtuber songs on a wacca machine at round one. Also played project diva. Didn’t like diva but thought wacca was really cool and similar to Mai Mai. Also peko miko isn’t a good rhythm game song

I'm also not a huge fan of the generic Marvel 3D gradient text effect they have, feels like they're trying too hard to make it epic and badass when the secret to One Piece is that it's already epic and badass despite looking super goofy.

Still hesitant about Netflix Cowboy Bebop but I have been enjoying Daniella Pineda and John Cho ripping on the frothers saying their costumes aren't accurate and they're too old to play the parts. Remains to be seen if the show is actually good but I want to be optimistic.

I thought the final match was super sick and it was nice to see my pals go pro and show how cool they were. There was a bit of weird timeskip stuff but the main focus was on a real cool match that had a bunch of great character moments. And it owned.

I started up Travis Strikes Again again the other day because I wanna have the context for No More Heroes 3 I did the thing where it lets you unlock all the shirts for free because only a few of them are actually that interesting from a visual standpoint and it's not like you see them anyway

imo to be a true suda fan you have to play flower sun and rain, because that game is the pure definitive proof that suda will just make an entire game that is not fun to play as a joke and that's all there is to it and nothing particularly deeper, except it's also necessary for understanding more intimate aspects of the character writing of later games and he references back to it constantly
