My wife uses it and I occasionally use it. It only disrupted my sleep when I drank then took it. Cut out drinking and I sleep like a Wayne Rooney, but in a bed.

It’s entirely possible you use it sparingly and in small enough doses but from what I’ve seen no one has the discipline over long periods of time to respect the magic sleep drug.
