Went looking for whatever it was that constitutes "Regina Style" pizza in the fair city of. Found myself wondering why everything looked so painfully overcooked.     Found the answer at Vern's Pizza on Rochdale.  Every single pizza you see above hides at least 7lbs of sliced deli meat. You need to bring serious radiant and convective heat if you are going to get those middle layers up even to room temp. Folks they are not loving around out there. They aren't living much past 58 either, but still.
