just get an airfryer. bake the wings on low for half an hour or so and let them dry out on the counter/in fridge. then airfry them at the highest temp for 20 minutes then toss in sauce.

That said though if the management is decent you can have an okay time at a chain place with chill staff. That's the exception as opposed to the rule though. I still tip like a drunken lunatic though because I've done that sort of job and it requires daily heroics.
