We'll see, Colorado politics outside the front range cities is red state as gently caress. I'd like to see the pie sliced here so every district gets a little piece of Denver, just to piss off the gop. But redistricting is handled differently here than other places. Gonna be interesting to see what happens if they gerrymander her rear end out of a district.

Boebert will likely keep her seat because lovely congresspersons still succeed at one vital thing: drawing attention to their districts, for good and/or ill. Never forget that a not-insignificant reason a lot of people voted for Trump was because "the pundits all say he's gonna lose but hey what the hell I'll vote for him FOR THE LULZ." Neither of those are accurate. Trump did not win due to some supposed irony vote, nor is that how brexit passed. I’m sure such people exist in the technical sense, but they were not a significant voting block in either of those two very tight elections, especially for the presidential election when narrowing it down to individual states and counties that mattered most. Even if you want to pin a Trump win on overconfidence, it would be people simply staying home or voting third party, not switching sides for laughs.
