Since these kinds of tablets are already so widely available, it just makes the argument for needing ivermectin weaker IMO. I'm hammering back 1000mg a day and i'm still waiting  (I got prescribed it after getting nerve surgery in my elbow, due to some evidence suggesting it helps with nerve recovery, and so i'm doing a few months of it since there's bascially no downside.)
