Not that I want to give that sculpt any credit, but I don't think the nurse is trying to, uh, nurse the patient. That doesn't look like an out nipple, so much as an impractical combat medic corset. It's terrible, but not terrible in that way. Actually it's more like a combat pastie. I'm not sure what's going on there anymore and I no longer wish to contemplate it.
