How are the sov.space coalition's determined? They seem out of date as Dracarcys is sorts of part of the imperium, AoM are no longer part of Legacy, and PiBC are not represented at all. Is it set via scraping data or done manually?

Making it worse is that actual sov is meaningless these days--it's all about who controls the ihub. At one point we had purged Delve of all TEST ihubs but it still looked like solid TEST on the map because we didn't bother blowing up TCUs until a week or two in.
