I can't sympathize with anyone who agrees to take a bump THAT stupid, much less assign a monetary value to it, much less on a crowdfunding description with such incredibly vague wording. I feel the opposite way and I am glad enough sympy is going around to have him at 6x goal  I guess your railroad spike thing happened but most deathmatches I see are people trying to put on a crazy gross and death defying show for nowhere near the amount of acceptable money to do so in a country where the state of Healthcare is *gestures towards everything*. If I'm going to tune into it, I'm certainly not above a performer asking for help when they gets hosed up trying to entertain and innovate. It's the indies thread, not the deathmatch-only thread, but OK. I get what you're saying, but the usual deathmatch fare doesn't require that kind of extensive medical care. When it's a "seriously WTF else did you think would happen" spot, it's pure Leopards Ate My Face.

Has anyone with an IWTV account checked out the main event of the recent C4 show? You've got Daniel Garcia defending his title against Speedball Mike Bailey & I've seen some good things, but right now I am not subbed to their service. Similarly, the IWTV 100 show from 8/8 with Wheeler Yuta defending the Independent Wrestling Championship sounds great going by the reviews.

I watched the C4 show. I can confirm that Speedball/Garcia was absolutely spectacular, and worth going out of your way to watch in whatever method you can. It is absolutely scary how good Garcia is at 23, and Speedball brought his A-game and got the best out of him.

It was a glorious mess where it was hard to see what was happening at times. Chain link fence + spooky dust + online compression. e: This was one of their better productions. PWG issue this statement tho https://twitter.com/OfficialPWG/status/1442607244252565508 imo they need to change venues because if your security missed a fight in the bathroom your venue isn't fuckin safe. There should have been someone posted there to keep that from happening.

But this didn't occur in the bathroom. It allegedly took place on a staircase. So if someone was attacked, it would have been noticed. There's security everywhere in that building. Nobody reported anything. There were also no homophobic chants (someone in the crowd saying something does not make a chant) and women weren't getting sexually assaulted. It was actually the other way around. Some lady got thrown out for trying to feel up the wrestlers during their entrances. And you want to know why she got thrown out? Because she got reported to security (and not Twitter) and they did their job.
