Trump is so notorious for planting actual Fake News about himself (to the point of phoning in with bullshit stories) that I don’t believe he made even a half witted joke at a party. If he did, it was a legitimate question that was misinterpreted as humor. He was probably thinking about Iran on John’s probably very real hit-list and his illiteracy or idiocy got things fudged up.
