And then forcing her to perform at shows while using visits with her kids as leverage, all while pocketing the money and insisting she's mentally unfit. The legal and medical system was all but complicit with this for a decade.

They also controlled her money, such that even a pair of Skechers was a request that was denied, because she "couldn't afford it". So she wasn't even rich in that sense.
