You can also kill through the wellhead side oulets by bullheading weighted fluid but good chance you gently caress your reservoir. Otherwise the extreme end would be cut the tubing through the wellhead side outlet's. Let the tubing drop then freeze below the wellhead with liquid nitrogen. You can then pull off all that other poo poo and maybe run a tubing hanger with check valve. Then bring a rig back on to fish the tubing.
