How much cinnamon can you ingest before coughing the greens out everywhere?  So upscale the Ketchup and Mayo packets are served upright in a mahogany cruet.  But you have to go across town if you want authentic Polish Pizza Brazilian style. Look at that beautiful base layer of catupiry nearly fully hidden.  I just like the contrast in this one.

you can go to google maps and zoom in on the smallest city in even the Amazonas state of brazil and find at least one totally hosed up pizza, hot dog, and hamburger, often all in the same restaurant. its absolutely beautiful
