lol remember when Hollywood made a movie about the McCain/Palin campaign, and Steve Schmidt, despite convincing McCain to choose Palin, emerged as the most sympathetic character? It was quite a surgically precise narrative to make sure the least amount of people around McCain got blamed for losing. In all fairness, Palin was the less evil half of the ticket.
