Some of the songs sound good, and I like the music, but I'd definitely prefer an instrumental version a lot more. Halsey has that exact same breathy, struggling-on-purpose smoky voice that it seems like every pop singer over the past 10-15 years has done. If I didn't know it was her, I couldn't pick her voice out of a lineup of similar artists who came well before her.
