There are two bee booty's in this pic. These marigolds are struggling, but these bees have been by everyday. At the end of the day, they just fall asleep on the marigolds untill they warm back up. They are so chill. I can be deadheading the flowers right next to them and they don't care.

Anytime I think about geoengineering I think of the planetary UN in Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri and how I'd always vote for global warming or global cooling based on whether or not it was gonna gently caress over my rival's cities and economy. I'm sure it'll be fine IRL with no ulterior motives at all.

what's the best response to "people have said peak oil is coming for 20 years and we are still producing more each year?" also they will sometimes say that methods are getting more efficient, sophisticated, whatever, so there's no way to know if/when it will happen
