There was an entire subplot about T'challa denouncing his ancestors for choosing to not do anything to help oppressed minorities with their super technology and near-infinite resources. The last scenes of the movie feature him personally visiting a new Wakanda-funded inner city school, and telling children that Wakanda's resources are their resources. Like yea, they didn't wave a magic wand and instantly solve racism forever, but at no point in the story is the status quo presented as good, nor is the CIA presented as good guys (this single dude is, and only because he was willing to die to stop Killmonger's plan).
