Ditka is a bit of a joke now cause of his TV PERSONALITY but man was he revolutionary as a player. Look at those yards as a te! 1966! THe athletic NFL podcast was pointing out that Kyle Pitts was on pace to break his rookie TE record of 1061 yards from _1961_. Kyle Pitts barely plays TE (~30% of his snaps)

I don't think anyone actually played, so they might be fine.

Also, if the Lions only win one game this year. I hope its the Steelers game.

It won’t be. They’re in denial about their WR woes.

I’m guessing TE to replace Big Bob. No idea who would even be desirable and available though.

Cousins is putting up great stats this year, time to trade him to a team like the Broncos who are a chuddy white good QB away from being the team their fans expect

They should definitely sell, but always seems like the payback on trades is tiny. What is Hicks going to get the Bears, like a 4th rounder?

Probably no more than a 4th. But given all of the positional needs on both sides of the ball, they need as many lotto tickets as they can get their hands on.

I think he was the first tight end inducted to the Hall of Fame for that reason. He may have put up even more ridiculous numbers if not for his injuries.

We need more women in STEM, and by that, I mean skateboarding, television, esports, and magic.

I would 100% be down for either, but I would also be extremely down for DL help because I do not believe that our recent success there is sustainable.

quote:

After the game, Tabor said he felt “extremely comfortable” in the role, which he said at its core is about leading players as he does every day as a special teams coordinator. He briefly took in the moment but told himself he would enjoy his brief stint as head coach at the end of the season.

Nagy said he thought Tabor made in-game coaching decisions without hesitation.

“He went with full conviction on all his decisions,” Nagy said. “And for me watching it, I was really, really impressed with him and very appreciative.”

Nagy also would be appreciative if he can take his game-day job back after what he called a “really strange” week.

Finally, the big move we were hoping for: https://www.packers.com/news/packers-sign-ls-steven-wirtel-to-active-roster

The Green Bay Packers have signed LS Steven Wirtel (wur-TELL) from the practice squad to the active roster, signed DL Abdullah Anderson to the practice squad, placed QB Kurt Benkert on the practice squad reserve/COVID-19 list, released LS Hunter Bradley and LB Jaylon Smith, and released LB Aaron Adeoye (uh-DAY-oh-yay) from the practice squad.
