This is what i mean. Someone made the mistake of saying estrogen and that's the part you choose to cling onto and ignore any other aspect of the behavior being potentially harmful. And to me that becomes more telling of where your heads at than whether or not mainlining thc and sitting on your rear end actually promotes estrogen production. Think of it more a metaphor for something else that will make you grow tits

Like they'll complain about certain areas not having sufficient access to fresh foods/produce, and then almost in the same breath they'll complain about industrial agriculture, and insist that we almost go all the way back to subsistence farming where everything is raised/grown locally.

Food wildly oscillates between being too expensive or too cheap depending on the point they want to make. They love complaining about farmers, while not really understanding much about what they do. Most of their beliefs on food are just applying the naturalistic fallacy, etc. etc.

Truth be told i don't think estrogen has anything to do with w/e your deal is. Or maybe it does and you can tell me all about it. It struck me as obvious that comment hit a nerve with the same set of low effort reply guys and i see the same argument pattern where you remain obtuse to the core of the what's being said.

I kinda think anyone who spends even 1% of their mental energy on national politics--like to the point of having a strong opinion about the president in any way whatsoever--is kind of sad.

It's kinda like being all caught up in WWF plotlines or whatever. At least the wrestling and like General Hospital fans have the self-awareness to keep their strange obsessions to themselves. Just being interested isn't too bad, nothing wrong with watching Monday Night Raw, but plenty sad to assume anyone else gives a poo poo like you do, much less to like abandon family members and show up to stupid protests about it.

The gently caress are you talking about?

The WWE (it hasn't been the WWF in almost 20 years boomer) doesn't affect people in any meaningful way. The president does.

Grandpa isn't excluded from Thanksgiving because he's not as interested in politics as you are, he's excluded because he thinks POC should be segregated and that LGBQT people aren't human.

If you think the president impacts you in a meaningful way, you've been tricked and deluded. Here's how 4 years of Hitler Brainless Trump changed my life: SALT deduction hosed me and I pay more taxes. No big deal. But that's it. Here's how 1 year of Senile Child-Sniffing Biden has changed my life: Can't name a single thing. Only a year, took Trump what 2 to pass his taxes. Maybe the senile ol' coot will have some kinda impact. Who knows.

You just proved you're an eternal boomer-minded sap. A loser all caught up in a bunch of bullshit that doesn't actually impact your life, because you're so entranced with the tribal sports and the dopamine hits from fighting uselessly against some perceived enemy that you can't even imagine what it would be like if you just ignored all of it. Seriously, try not following all these whoevers and getting all upset when the other guy does something grrrrrrr. Like, ignore it all: How does your life change?

Your town council and PTA and school board have dramatically more impact on your life. You're a moron if you think the US President is at all impactful for you.

Politics affect your life inversely proportional to how close they are to your house. My little town's mayor has a 100x greater impact on my life and the life of my family than does the governor and the state legislature and 1000x as much impact as the loving president does.

You can bet your rear end I give a gently caress about local politics.

You're a sad fat-neon-haired loser whose been tricked into being an unpaid spokesperson/attack dog for large political organizations if you think giving any shits at all about federal politics is anywhere close to the best way to spend your time or to improve anyone's life.

That's why it's like the WWF: You can have no impact on federal politics. It will happen, to you, get over it. You can have a HUGE impact on your local town council, even in a giant city.

But yes, keep going with your DEMOCRATS RAH RAH RAH BIDEN WOOO PELOSI WOO stuff. Caring and talking about that poo poo is about as useful as jerking off in the shower.

An outside observation, but the only time I hear it is on US election night and blue (internet) strongholds decry the "rednecks" and "morons" in the sparsely populated red states, but even then it's not farmers specifically I guess.
