Yeah, from the look of it, you'd have heavily edit nearly every screenshot to just clear the bar of the "Don't LP porn games" rule. The sheer amount of extra work you'd have to put in just to not have your account be instantly microwaved from orbit effectively precludes any "legitimate" playthrough of it even in a "Look at this vile piece of hosed up trash I found in the dark corners of the internet" kind of way.
