What’s the point of courtroom sketch artists anyways? Like, do most courts still pay for a sketch artist, or is it only for sufficiently “big” cases? Or do sketch artists just like to show up to random court cases and draw people?

So they mainly cover cases were there's some sort of newsworthiness but no cameras are allowed.

The assumption is that the only use for large* amounts of cash is crimes. If you were doing something legal, you'd be using a bank or some other secure transfer. gently caress, I walked by this 2 hours earlier and would have stayed if I knew there would be a show. Serious note: it sounds like the person who started the fire is homeless and has a history of mental health and drug abuse issues, so I'm sure Fox will hype up something about antifa supersoldiers and the War on Christmas.
