The problem with d&d has always been that anything deviating from militant hard-left communism is either evil self-serving farcical astroturf non-thought or the questionably innocent result of catastrophic ignorance and indoctrination. There's no meaningful debate or discussion possible within the framework of a forum that demands all viewpoints be taken seriously, where the kind of response most posters deserve for climate skepticism or COVID skepticism or crying about tankies or whatever is explicitly bannable. It will never be anything but a milquetoast repository of rules lawyers and people too sensitive to stand being corrected and so regard politics like a sports fan watches a football game.
