I'm a weirdo who didn't enjoy Undertale so I never bothered with Deltarune. Undertale's story and music were great, I just hated the gameplay.

Returnal is a timeloop narratively but mechanically it does very little to influence the game at large. I can see why it wouldn't have been categorized as one for that reason since the other timeloop games here (Forgotten City, Deathloop) have the loops very ingrained into the game mechanics and the structure of what you are doing.

Strive ended up way higher than I expected. I didn't pay attention to any of the other GotY threads but I feel like it did pretty good for a fighting game, even if it just missed top 10.
