I just caught up on like ten pages of the thread. Back in YA-chat no one mentioned The Giver. All the big YA things of the 90's and 2000's, Hunger Games and Harry Potter and everything else, stole a bunch of stuff from The Giver. Whereas the Joker laughs because he sees the joke of it all, the Riddler is constantly chasing the high of pulling the curtain back on society, cuz deep down he knows there's just more curtains. Also it's okay for Jim Carrey's Riddler to be the Joker because they didn't get the Joker right in the first Burton movie, don't @ me.

Riddler's origin story in Batman TAS where he was a genius video game designer getting revenge on his scumbag boss was pretty great. It ended with him getting away and his boss going to bead every night cowering in terror with a loaded shotgun.

watched the "new" gi joe movie last night... SNAKE EYES ORIGHINS... and it sucked rear end. threw away the lore & also i had some issues with baroness who is the most important character in the franchise to me. the girl was hot sure but idk. for one her hair was wrong. she also didnt have her glasses on in her introductory scene which is also wrong. could i see her being an epic baroness? sure, i think she can do it. but need some changes. scarlett was in it and she was alright. overall i have a lot of issues with the gi joe movies and basically they should give the franchise to me which i will produce and direct personally. thank you. i have my sights on some other classic hasbro or whatever franchises too if you're wondering and my screenplays are epic.
