- New England wins the AFC East if they win and Buffalo loses
- Raiders make the playoffs if they win or tie
- Chargers make the playoffs if they win or tie
- Arizona wins the NFC West if they win and Rams lose
- Rams win the NFC West if they win or Arizona loses
- Saints makes the playoffs if they win and San Francisco loses
- San Francisco makes the playoffs if they win or Saints lose

I think every game except Tampa/Carolina has SOME playoff implication, then.
