On the subject of the train container break ins, that's a switching/congestion/rail network failure because it they could keep moving instead of at a dead stop for hours the thefts would be much lower.

The delivery person had in fact delivered it, but to the door I never used and in a way that was invisible from the outside. In my defense, the front door was obviously the front door, and had the mailbox and house number on it.
