While I recognize the greatness of Baku (member of the European continent and the European Union) I am concerned that it is not actually a good track and it has been only luck and abnormal driver mistakes that made its races good the past few years. Does it really have Good features objectively?

Azerbeidzjan isn't part of the EU, they are however a member of the EBU and thus partake into the extremely good Eurovision.

Get a charcoal kettle instead and have the best lamb roasts of your life.

If you have a good butcher who will do the skewer for you get a spit.

Air frying salmon is good, it gives a nice crunch texture to the outside while not over cooking the salmon

It’s also real easy to separate from the skin if that’s your thing

I've got some mushroom and vegetable soup on the go today in the slow cooker, it's currently alarmingly green because I dumped a bunch of spinach in it, but I expect it will settle into something a bit less crazy.

I purely bought an air fryer because I hate the mess that pan frying tofu makes but I've got to admit it's quite impressive at cooking fish and chicken with no oil and has made the purchase worthwhile for me
