KFC here in Pennsylvania is terrible, KFC outside america is a lot better, Dexo is right though, Popeye owns, beats KFC anywhere I have a cast iron pan and I've only ever used it to break up fights between my cats

Get a charcoal kettle instead and have the best lamb roasts of your life. If you have a good butcher who will do the skewer for you get a spit.

Yesterday I airfried a bison sirloin, seeing as how it’s -10 or whatever, the charcoal kettle is not coming out. Surprisingly v good in the air fryer. Today I will be air frying a salmon fillet

Air frying salmon is good, it gives a nice crunch texture to the outside while not over cooking the salmon It’s also real easy to separate from the skin if that’s your thing

I purely bought an air fryer because I hate the mess that pan frying tofu makes but I've got to admit it's quite impressive at cooking fish and chicken with no oil and has made the purchase worthwhile for me
