If Rall really wanted to Godwin it up, he might as well have gone all out and point out that Germany itself is part of NATO.

Edit: As a general point with WW2 it is important to remember that in any other war the Allies would be seen as the baddies from a combination of atrocities, size and general attitude towards other nations.
