They are going to run out of cash this year, unless they can sell more shares (still authorized and have an agreement to dribble out many millions of shares this year). But they will also be delisted unless they can get back over a buck before July.

So they are probably going to reverse split while bailing.

Why is there still 0 revenue? I thought they had approval to sell this in Europe, and had some partners?

This company is run by a bunch of former GE execs. Who after 20 years at GE have nothing better to pad out their profiles than listing that they are six sigma black belt certified. Including the CEO. Looks like a straight up clown show tire fire.

As reflected in the accompanying consolidated financial statements, during the nine months ended September 30, 2021, we incurred net losses of $8,126,622 and used cash in operations of $8,469,653. While we maintain cash balances in excess of our anticipated needs for cash for the next twelve months, it is likely that we will need to raise additional capital prior to any ability to fund operations from revenue generated from the sale of our products. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that might be necessary should we be unable to continue as a going concern.

There's precedent for Russia invading a country during the Olympics. Russia invaded Georgia during the 2008 opening ceremonies, where both Putin and Bush were in attendance and sitting together. I remember during the live feed there was a shot of Putin whispering something in Bush's ear, then a couple of hours later the news of the invasion came out.
